OTTAWA, ON, March 11th, 2015 – The Royal Canadian Legion was on Parliament Hill today to brief members of the Senate Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs on the Legion’s position on the Veterans Hiring Bill – C-27. While the Legion agrees in principle with the intent of Bill C-27 providing priority hiring for Canadian Armed Forces members, we do have some concerns.
