Legion members and Legion Branches may use this online form to update member contact information.
A Legion membership number is required for all requests for changes. This is the 7 or 8 digit number found on your membership card.
Legion Members Submitting Changes
If you are submitting a change of address, please also inform your Branch of your address change.
Legion Branches Submitting Changes
Branches may use this online form in lieu of the Member Data Change Form for address changes. A summary of member address changes will be forwarded to the respective Branch and/or Provincial Commands for your records.
