How To Order
The Legion Supply Department accepts direct orders from Branches, Ladies’ Auxiliaries, Districts, Zones and Provincial Commands for Regalia and General Supply items (shown in the Legion Supply Branch Catalogue). Orders can be sent by a variety of methods: mail, fax, e-mail or telephone (toll free). See contact details below.
Invoices will be included with the shipments. Branches, Ladies’ Auxiliaries, Districts, Zones and Provincial Commands are responsible to pay the invoices as soon as the goods have been received.
All Poppy material orders will continue to be processed by Provincial Commands. Dominion Command will not accept any Poppy material orders directly from branches.
All applications for MSM, MSA, Palm Leaf and Life Membership will continue to be processed through your Provincial Command. Orders for Past Service (medals, bar and pins) will be accepted from Branches.
Any order which requires personalisation such as completed certificates, nameplates, nametags, charters etc. must be forwarded in writing to ensure that all information is correct. Fax, e-mail and mail can be used to provide the required information.
Branches will be invoiced for the cost of the items ordered plus shipping and applicable taxes.
All merchandise from Legion Supply is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Within 90 days of your purchase, you may return any product you are not satisfied with, excluding customized or personalized merchandise. If you wish to return something, please call our toll-free number for instructions. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
