The Dominion Command Membership Committee invites your branch to participate in a nation-wide 2012 Membership Recruitment Campaign being held throughout the month of May. Each branch has been provided with a Membership Recruitment Kit that contains the tools and items required to conduct a successful recruitment campaign.
In your kit you will find some marketing and promotional ideas and specially designed items that are available for this campaign only. Also included is a Supply Requisition Form that has been revised for this campaign and can be identified by the “Faces of the Legion” banner at the top of the page. By completing this form it will help to ensure that your branch receives the items designed for this campaign. We want to make sure that you receive your supplies on time so we ask that you place your orders for the campaign before April 10th. Branches who place their order by this date will receive a special thank-you gift from the Committee. The gift will consist of a specially designed pin mounted on a “Faces of the Legion” card. Branches should distribute the pins to those people who have worked hard to organize and implement their recruitment campaign.
A specially marked Per Capita Tax envelope has also been included in the kit and we ask that branches use this envelope at the end of their campaign to remit their new members to Dominion Command for processing. This will help us to track the success of our campaign.
We have also included a Feedback Card. We ask that branches take the time to complete it and return it to Dominion Command. We are working to improve our programs and these comments will be helpful in determining future endeavours.
